Yes- the majority of our couples live in the U.S. or abroad and are planning destination weddings in Scotland. We’re well-versed in the logistics, legalities and time zone dance of planning from afar and we handle everything with clarity and calm.

All events are tailored, design led and intentional - no cookie cutter packages.
- What’s the difference between your full planning and elopement packages?
Full Planning covers every detail for larger weddings: guests logistics, creative direction, vendor management, travel support and multi day coordination .
Elopement & Micro Wedding Planning focuses on intimate celebrations, often in remote locations, with a tighter vendor team and lighter coordination needs.
- Do you help with legal marriage requirements in Scotland?
Absolutely, We guide you through the legal paperwork , timelines and any registrar or celebrant booking requirements - especially important for over sea couples planning a legally binding ceremony in Scotland.
- Can you help us find a venue?
Yes - Venue sourcing is always secluded in our planning services. Whether you’re seeking a historic castle, a modern estate of a secluded lochside ceremony spot, well match you with a space that fits your style, guests count and logistics needs.
- Do you offer on the day coordination only?
We do! We are happy to create tailored support for couples who have partially planned their evenly and need a professional to step in and bring everything together and ensure smooth running of the day.
- How far in advance should we book?
We typically book 9-18 months in advance for full weddings ad 3-12 months in advance for elopements. If you are planning something sooner, reach out - we occasionally take on short notice events of the fit is right.
- What are your payment terms?
To confirm your date, a 15% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is split into two equal instalments.
